Montessori for Everyone

"The more I learned about the Montessori pedagogy, the more I wished it were available to all communities. Every child should grow up in these interconnected environments that foster healthy independence and perseverance, which in turn nurtures a strong sense of self-assurance and care for the world around them.

Montessori diploma teacher-training courses can cost upward of $14,000, and the majority of Montessori programs worldwide are private institutions with high tuition rates. This has always disheartened me. I have worked for a few private schools, and my heart always carried a quiet whisper: 'I have to help make this wisdom accessible to more communities, regardless of income.'

This is where the philanthropy component of Montessori for Adolescents was born. I truly believe that this is education for a more peaceful world — empowering young people to become their most authentic selves rooted in integrity and an interdependent worldview."
